The Profile XT which assesses job match for managers and other professionals based upon thinking style, behavioral characteristics and occupational interests. This assessment gives you a picture of their attributes relative to those of others who are top performers in that type of position. The benchmark can also be established using a Job Analysis Survey to define your reasonable expectations of a top performer when there are no current top performers to use as a standard. There are six reports for this 60-90 minute assessment including this one-page summary graph plus the placement report.
The Customer Service Perspective is a tool for making sure everyone in your company is on the customer service team. The 35-40 minute assessment identifies eight behavioral characteristics and two proficiencies that are essential to extraordinary customer service: Trust, Tact, Empathy, Conscientiousness, Conformity, Focus, Courtesy, and Flexibility as well as Proficiencies in Vocabulary and Mathematics.
