We reconcile statements, pay the bills, coordinate and process all new hires, employee changes and terminations with all carriers. We ensure your deductions are set up correctly in payroll, and we coordinate all communications with a third party administrator on your behalf for your Cafeteria plan elections as well as ensure all COBRA notices are being made on your behalf. We work with partner brokers and agents to provide a one-stop shop for all benefit needs. Companies have the option of implementing group plans in their name as well as look at alternative individual plans.

Don't be fooled by thinking you get better rates by being pooled with a large leasing company. In many cases, this is quite the contrary.
